2、 Appearance of black oil plate:

Black oil 2 layer pcb film printing causes: ink dry, over pressure pumping, film easy to stick ink.

1. Prebake for 40 minutes on one side is enough. Please check the actual temperature and exhaust effect of oven. The temperature should be about 75 degrees C, and the draught should be about 4 cubic meters/minute. After the ink is pre-baked, cool it to the ambient temperature. Pinch it with your fingers until it doesn't stick.

2. When setting the aerator, the suction pressure should not be too large, and the pressure should be reduced in the area of large copper surface and large substrate.

3. Keep the film clean. If there is ink residue, remove it immediately. Otherwise, it will become more sticky. In addition, non-stick ink can be replaced to reduce the film printing.
